SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Orders may take up to 72 hrs processing time before shipping. This does not include weekends or holidays. Usual shipping time is around 4-7 BUSINESS days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Certain items may take longer depending on availablity.

Email notifications are sent out to U.S. customers who order online when a package has been shipped. Customers are always welcome to call and inquire about their orders and to obtain estimated time of arrival. We will do our best to be as precise as the mail allows. RETURNS:

Returns will be accepted ONLY AFTER CONTACTING US! You must call (407) 249-7775 and notify us of a return and the reason for the return. We DO NOT under any circumstances, accept merchandise returned without ORIGINAL PACKAGING if merchandise was shipping with retail packaging. This deems merchandise "NON RESALEABLE". We expect merchandise to be sent back in the EXACT CONDITION it was received in. You have 5 business days from date merchandise is received to CALL US AND NOTIFY us of a return. We are fully aware of all dates and times merchandise is received by purchaser. WE ABSOLUTELY WITH NO EXCEPTIONS, REFUND SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNED MERCHANDISE.



PRODUCT QUALITY AND CONTROL:

Please be assured, we do test 90% of all merchandise that leaves our warehouse, but certain items are sealed and cannot be tested. Due to the origin and nature of some of our products, there may from time to time be a defective item.

LIMITED GUARANTEE ON PRODUCTS:

We offer a Limited Guarantee on all of our products to be free of defects. Any merchandise that has been unassembled or tampered with WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED! This VOIDS the LIMITED GUARANTEE we offer immediately. There are absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule.

All other defective merchandise will be accepted when we are CALLED and NOTIFIED of said return. NOTE: We will only refund shipping costs for defective merchandise within REASONABLE shipping costs. Please do not ask for refunded shipping costs when shipped from a place of business free of charge. Please do not expect refunded shipping costs when sent NEXT DAY AIR. This is not acceptable. Simply send back merchandise first class mail or regular ground shipping please.

It is the responsibility of the BUYER, NOT THE SELLER, to ascertain, comply with and abide by all applicable federal, state and local laws applying to the purchase, possession, shipment or use of any switchblade knife purchased. The BUYER will hold harmless the seller in any event associated with the purchase, use or legality of any product. Buyer also holds harmless the seller for any injury of any kind associated with any item purchased. Buyer attests that they are over the age of 18 and are familiar with all applicable laws and assumes all responsibility for purchases made under penalty of law. By purchasing from this site you attest that you are of legal age and agree to the foregoing.



IN COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL STATUTES:

Read carefully all conditions set forth below. By placing an order with Knives4Wholesale, you agree that you meet any or all of the following criteria. Federal law prohibits shipment of automatic knives across state lines, with the following exceptions: (1) to civilian or Armed Forces supply or procurement officers and employees of the Federal Government ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in connection with the activities of the Federal Government; (2) to supply or procurement officers of the National Guard, the Air National guard, or militia of a state, territory or the District of Columbia ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in the connection with the activities of such organization; (3) to supply or procurement officers or employees of the municipal government of the District of Columbia or the government of any State or Territory, or any county, city or other political subdivision of a State or Territory; (4) to manufacturers of such knives or bona fide dealers therein in connection with any shipment made pursuant of an order from any person designated in paragraphs (1), (2), and (3).

We will sell no automatic knives to any individual outside the State of Florida without the above conditions being met. This does not apply to automatic knives manufactured and sold within the state of Florida.

Anyone attempting to falsify information or defraud Knives4Wholesale in any way, will be reported to the proper authorities. Any attempts at extortion or entrapment will also be met with swift legal action!



CREDIT CARD FRAUD:

Knives4Wholesale, being an online company, takes credit card fraud VERY SERIOUSLY. Be forewarned, we have the capabilities of knowing who and where you are when ordering through our very sophisticated online store. Any information obtained when placing a fraudulent order with "BORROWED" or "STOLEN" credit card information, will be submitted to your local and state authorities immediately. We will also press charges againt any peron(s) who have knowingly placed a fraudulent order with "STOLEN" credit card information and will do everything in our power to have you prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!. We have the ability to do this within the United States and Internationally. ALL IT TAKES TO PUT THIS ACTION IN MOTION IS A PHONE CALL! Think twice before using STOLEN CREDIT CARDS with our company!

Knives4Wholesale owns all images contained within our website. We do not tolerate "Borrowing" product images unless permission is given. We have no problem allowing "AUTHORIZED" persons to use our images for resale of items purchased from us. We are constantly updating images so this can be a benefit to our customers.
